Over time, stress, emotions, and life experiences can become stored within the body, often without us even realising. Through guided breathwork, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your body, move through what’s been held beneath the surface, and create space for greater balance, ease, and alignment.
This is a space for heart-led healing, to slow down, to listen, and to come home to you.

These intimate 2.5-hour group breathwork sessions offer a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of breathwork alongside like-minded people.
Within the group setting, shared energy and connection can help create a powerful reminder that you are not alone in what you’re moving through.
Guided by Britelle, each session is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper inner connection in a safe and heart-led environment.
This is a space to pause, breathe, soften, and come home to you.
No experience is necessary, and all sessions are open to everybody.
Private Breathwork Group Journeys
These intimate 2.5-hour private group breathwork sessions offer a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and share a meaningful experience with the people closest to you.
Whether with friends, family, colleagues, or a community group, breathing together can help deepen connection, strengthen relationships, and create space for more openness, support, and understanding within the group.
Guided by Britelle, each session is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper inner connection in a safe and heart-led environment.
Sessions can be held at Britelle’s space or your own venue, with dates coordinated together to find a suitable time. A minimum of 5 people is required for private group bookings.
No experience is necessary.
1:1 Breathwork Journeys
These personalised 90-minute breathwork sessions offer a deeply supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently explore what may be sitting beneath the surface.
Using the breath as a pathway to release, soften, and rebuild a sense of inner safety, you’ll be guided through a tailored experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection.
This is a space to slow down, to listen, and to return to the version of you that exists underneath the noise.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or simply craving deeper support, 1:1 sessions allow for a more personalised and intimate experience guided specifically to your needs.
Sessions are available via Zoom or in-person from Britelle’s private space in Canning Vale, Perth.
